Overall event costs saw significant increases this year. To enable as many people to attend as possible, all services, meals, and kids camp pricing have been significantly subsidized. If you have the means and would like to contribute toward these subsidized costs, please consider a donation to the Rosh Hashanah Sponsorship fund here, or during your event checkout. Contributions help to cover associated costs for both the in-person event & the global live stream. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Payment Plans
You have the opportunity to select a payment plan, requiring a one-time $50 opt-in fee & 25% down payment (of the total cost of your event registration). The remaining 75% balance will be divided into equal monthly payments and charged on the 24th of each month leading up to the event. The last payment will be charged on September 24, 2024. The earlier you complete your registration, the longer period of time you have to spread your monthly payments across.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
A full refund will be granted for registrations canceled by September 17, 2024, less a 10% cancellation fee. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to Kabbalah Registration at kabbalah@executivevents.com. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER SEPTEMBER 17, 2024.
Change Policy
Updates and changes to your registration record can be made online by going here through September 20, 2024. If a refund is needed, please call 1-866-483-0169 (Int’l +1-303-527-0607) or email kabbalah@executivevents.com to process the credit. Any changes resulting in a partial refund will incur a credit card processing fee of 3% of the transaction. No changes will be honored after September 20, 2024.
PREFERRED HOTEL RATES
Stay on-site where all Rosh Hashanah connections and meals are hosted and immerse yourself in the full Rosh Hashanah experience. Preferred room block held under The Kabbalah Centre, for Oct. 1st - 5th.
Room reservations must be submitted by Friday, August 23rd.
Limited Availability
We are thrilled to offer a Kids Camp programs for ages 3 - 11, where children will have the opportunity to experience spiritual Rosh Hashanah & Shabbat connections as well as fun entertainment. Rosh Hashanah Kids Camp is hosted at The New York Hilton Midtown & Shabbat Kids Camp is hosted at KCNY. Children 9 - 11 also have the option to register for the adult services and the adult meals.
Infants & Toddlers 0 - 2 are permitted to attend a complementary 'infant & toddler room' during Rosh Hashanah, only when accompanied by a parent or private nanny. Nanny meal options are also offered.
