FAQ

You have questions. And we (hopefully) have answers!

How long are the services?

Rosh Hashanah connections will run roughly six hours total on each of the two full days of the holiday. You are welcome to join for whichever portions of the connections resonate with you. Keep in mind, the most powerful portion of each day's connections is the Torah reading and Shofar blowing. If you want or need to prioritize your attendance, we would suggest joining for this portion of each day's connections.

Can I register to attend only 1 day?

All of our Rosh Hashanah services are offered in a single ticket, which you can use to attend any and all services. Connections will be held Wednesday night Oct. 2nd, all day Thursday Oct. 3rd (with a lunch break), and all day Friday Oct. 4th (with a lunch break). Shabbat Ha'azinu connection services will be hosted Friday Oct. 4th evening and Saturday Oct. 5th morning & afternoon, free with registration required. Please continue to check the agenda tab for updates.

What if I purchase tickets and can't make it?

Cancellations are offered through our posted cancellation date of September 17, 2024 11:59pm ET, less a 10% cancellation fee. Afterward, we will not be able to process any other cancellations or refunds. You can view our full cancellation/change policy here.

What's the recommended dress code?

We ask men to please wear all white for all holiday connections & meals. As white light represents the unification of all the colors and dimensions of reality, thus by wearing white, even our clothing reflects this unified state of consciousness and helps to strengthen our connection.

We invite women to dress as if attending Shabbat or a family holiday gathering. As there is a fair amount of standing, please consider your shoe selection accordingly.

As the room tends to get cold, consider bringing a sweater or jacket.

What if this is my first year attending?

We are thrilled to have you join us in unity for this powerful connection. Whether it's your first time attending any Rosh Hashanah services, or your first time with The Kabbalah Centre, if you'd like additional support and guidance throughout the holiday you can request a mentor during checkout. Once you do, a member of our team will be in contact with you to coordinate connecting with your mentor ahead of the holiday.

What is the best way to prepare for Rosh Hashanah?

As the kabbalists teach, consciousness is everything. We recommend you help prepare your consciousness for the connections we will participate in by learning about the holiday in the month ahead, during a time called the 30 days of Virgo. You can view our Rosh Hashanah study guide here.

Will you sell out?

We do anticipate reaching full capacity for both the services and meals. If you are intending to join us in-person in NYC, please note the late registration deadline of Tuesday, Sept. 24th 11:59pm PT which includes a 20% late fee. Payment plans are also available. You can register here:
